By creating an account or using Bias Market you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Bias Market provides tools for sellers to build and run online stores, including product catalogs, orders and manual payment review (bank transfer, Wise, PayPal and similar). Bias Market is a software platform: we are not a party to sales between sellers and buyers, and we do not process or hold payments.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with Google.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for their products, prices, fulfillment, refunds, taxes and compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection and intellectual property rules. Do not sell counterfeit, illegal or infringing goods.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate order details and genuine proof of payment. Submitting forged or misleading payment proofs is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping that harms the platform, malware, harassment, fraud, or attempts to read another store's data.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or other users at risk. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Bias Market is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between sellers and buyers.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
