How to buy
Bias Market connects you with independent K-pop sellers. You order from a seller's store and pay the seller directly, then upload your proof of payment.
1. Find a store and products
Browse stores from the Stores page or search for a specific album, photocard or lightstick from Explore products. Each store is run by an independent seller.
2. Add to cart and check out
Pick your items, then enter your contact and delivery or pickup details at checkout. The seller sets which delivery methods and payment methods are available.
3. Pay the seller
Bias Market does not take your payment. The checkout shows the seller's payment options, such as bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Pay using the method you choose and keep your receipt.
4. Upload your proof of payment
Upload a screenshot or photo of your receipt from your order page. Your order is held for a limited time, so submit the proof promptly or it may expire.
5. Wait for confirmation
The seller reviews your proof and confirms or rejects it. You can follow the payment and delivery status of your order from your account.
