Do I need a payment gateway?
No. Buyers upload their proof of payment manually. Bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, whatever you already use.
Can I sell only photocards, not full group orders?
Yes. Bias Market works for album group orders, individual photocard claims, set splits and fan-made merch drops.
Is it free?
It is free for early sellers while we keep building the product.
Does Bias Market handle my payment as a buyer?
No. You pay the seller directly using the methods they offer, then upload your proof of payment.
What happens if I do not upload proof in time?
Orders are held for a limited time. If no proof is submitted before the hold expires, the order may be released.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Sellers can sign in with email and password or with Google.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email [email protected] and we will delete your account and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
